MEET THE OWNERS
TUGAMMOMMA was founded in 2021 by Carmelita and her husband Lawrence "June Bug" Moore. The couple decided to name the company after Carmalita's childhood name given to her by her father.
Lawrence began smoking meat in his back yard as a hobby in 2011. Carmelita started making the sides to complement the meat. First Catering Job was for a family member funeral. First Major job was Campo Band of Mission Indian Co Hosting Star Gathering.
They started doing Pop up’s outside locals stores. The family business grew from there and now welcomes their guests to their new location at 31481 B Highway 94 Campo, CA 91906.
